QY overhead isolation crane'is basically the same as bridge crane with hook in terms of structural style. To avoid the charged equipment which may conduct electricity to the crane by hoisted articles from endangering the driver' s life, insulation equipment is set on the hook group, crab frame,crab wheel (or under the crab rails). The insulation material is usually epoxy phenol aldehyde glass cloth laminated board.

Insulation overhead bridge crane is composed of box-type frame, crane travelling mechanism, trolley, electric equipment. In order to prevent the current of electrical equipment would through lifted parts endanger the driver of Insulation overhead bridge crane during working, the insulation equipment is set up at some suitable positions.

It has over three insulation parts to protect the current of electrical equipment from endangering the driver of the crane when working. Insulation overhead bridge crane belongs to heavy working grade, in order to secure safety; main hoist mechanism is matched with double brakes.
